7principles of an eagle Dr.Monroe

PRINCIPLE 1

Eagles fly alone at high altitude and not with sparrows or other small birds. No other bird can got to the height of the eagle. Stay away from sparrows and ravens.

> Eagles fly with Eagles!

PRINCIPLE 2

Eagles have strong vision. They have the ability to focus on something up to five kilometers away. When an eagle sites his prey, he narrows his focus on it and set out to get it. No matter the obstacles, the eagle will not move his focus from the prey until he grabs it.

> Have a vision and remain focused no matter what the obstacle and you will succeed!

PRINCIPLE 3

Eagles do not eat dead things. They feed only on fresh prey. Vultures eat dead animals, but eagles will not.

> Be careful with what you feed your eyes and ears with. Steer clear of outdated and old information. Always do your research well!

PRINCIPLE 4

Eagles love the storm. When clouds gather, the eagles get excited. The eagle uses the storm’s wind to lift it higher. Once it finds the wind of the storm, the eagles uses the raging storm to lift him above the
clouds. In the meantime, all the other birds hide in the leaves and branches of the trees.

> We can use the storms of life to rise to greater heights. Achievers relish challenges and use them profitably!

PRINCIPLE 5

The Eagle tests before it trusts. When a female eagle meets a male and they want to mate, she flies down to earth with the male pursuing her and she picks a twig. She flies back into the air with the male pursuing her.
Once she has reached a height high enough for her, she lets the twig fall to the ground and watches it as it falls. The male chases after the twig. The faster it falls, the faster he chases it. He has to catch it before it
falls to the ground. He then brings it back to the female eagle.

The female eagle grabs the twig and flies to a higher altitude and then drops the twig for the male to chase. This goes on for hours, with the height increasing until the female eagle is assured that the male eagle has mastered the art of catching the twig which shows commitment. Then and only then, will she allow him to mate with her.

> Whether in private life or in business, one should test commitment of people intended for partnership!

PRINCIPLE 6

When ready to lay eggs, the female and male eagle identify a place very high on a cliff where no predators can reach. The male flies to earth and picks thorns and lays them on the crevice of the cliff. Then they build the nest with layers of twigs, thorns and grass, as to help the eaglets with protection from intruders. She lays the eggs and protects them; he builds the nest and hunts. During the time of training the young ones to fly, the mother eagle throws the eaglets out of the nest. Because they are scared, they jump into the nest. She, then takes off the soft layers leaving the thorns bare so the eaglets cannot jump into the nest, they are pricked by thorns. Shrieking and bleeding they jump out again this time wondering why the mother and father who love them so much are torturing them. Next, mother eagle pushes them off the cliff into the air where the father eagle catches them up till they get to flap their wings.

The preparation of the nest teaches us to prepare for changes and how mutual co-operation brings success. The thorns of life come to teach us that we need to grow, get out of the nest and live on. We may not know it but the seemingly comfortable and safe haven may have thorns.

> The people who love us do not let us languish in sloth but push us hard to grow and prosper. Even in their seemingly bad actions they have good intentions for us!

PRINCIPLE 7

When an Eagle grows old, his feathers become weak and cannot take him as fast as he should. When he feels weak and about to die, he retires to a place far away in the rocks. While there, he plucks out every feather on his body until he is completely bare. He stays in this hiding place until he has grown new feathers, then he can come out.

> We occasionally need to shed off old habits & items that burden us without adding to our lives!

yet holding on.,.

of the black night from pole to pole,
i thank GOD for my unconquerable soul,
in the fell clutch of circumstance, inever cried loud,
under the bludgeonings of chances, my bloody head is yet unbowed,
beyond this place of wrath and tears, looms but the horror of shade,
yet the menace of years, finds out and find me unafraid,
its never about what am going through,
what matter more are the miseries around,
i have had to stand alone in the crew ( and not befallen ) to look after
the colours all around.,.

mi beloved daddy :***

Dear Dad
My father dearest,
I know its too late,
to say how much I love you,
that all my mistakes I now regret.

All the times,I remember,
you were there for me,caring for me,
every moment, which now, I can see.
Understanding my unspoken words,
honoring my emotions,my feelings,
I am so sorry now,for increasing all your worries.

Believing in my work,
guiding me when I go wrong,
and by just being there,
you would make me feel strong.

Wiping my hidden tears,
watching fondly my smiles,
never letting me know,
troubles that came once in a while.

My first true hero,
my first man,
whose heart I would break,
as much as no one can.

Who held me,
during my first steps,
who was invited to my first tea party,
who applauded my wrong dance moves,
thinking they were good and pretty.

With whom,I'd share,
my secrets,my life,
who always found time,
to hear my dull story lines.

But then,i never realised,
how we became apart,
it was destiny, or that was all about life.

But now i am,
i truly am sorry
for maybe some wrongs i did,
if ur here, to hear it.

But at nights dark,
that now i am afraid,
i know you are there,
your memories bring me courage.

And as I walk,
the long streets alone,
i feel a shadow,
of you being with, i know.

I am your angel,
and your my love,
and i till now believe,
you are with me,
on my every way.

And i want to tell,
you, how much I love,
for I know,
you are watching me,
from heavens above.

miss you :********  & blessed be you wherever u stay <3

sher shah toll place/updated!

the sher shah toll plaza (N-70) under the NHA was renewated in 2012 into a six laned toll place, marvellous for the passerbys though, where this small veiled hut ( for the poor guard on duty 24/7 ) was placed all in the middle to add to the beauty of the place perhaps ;)

overloading-another dilemma

the harvesting season is on and the reapers want to earn as much and in less time and with less money deficit , besides discretionary spending.,.it is there we get to see overloaded trucks and dumpers ,etc that pose threat not only to themselves cuz of excess loading and deficient experience but also to the public on highways, and are reasons to everyday hittings and accidents as cars and other vehicles hardly find way to pass on already 2 way roads.,.where the traffic, besides the highway authorities are too busy to notice..

bound in GOD's love :*******

there are degrees of heavenly light in souls,

Prophets & Saints have shown the path they trod,

its starting points and stages, halts and goals,

all leading to the single end in GOD :**********

the KHUDI' concept!

According to Iqbal man is the care-taker of all possibilities of life; (in a verse he says: ‘Tiree fitrat ameen hai mumkinat-i zindgani ki,’  (Your nature is care-taker of the possibilities of life). In fact the human being is the master of both the seen and the unseen as well as capable of exploring what is still not known to the temporal eye. It is one’s selfwhich is capable of seeing and doing what apparently looks a miracle. The selfin an individual is speculative and also possesses a sharp insight that sees the whole. It sees not merely the observable part of an object but the whole of it. According to Kierkegaard, if a person possessing such an insight stands on a high point and gazes out over a flat region he will see roads running parallel to each other with fields in between. But a person lacking this insight will either see only the roads and not the fields or just see fields and not the roads.

There are signs of God’s existence everywhere in the universe even in man himself. God says to us: “ON EARTH AND IN YOURSELVES, THERE ARE SIGNS FOR FIRM BELIEVERS. CAN YOU NOT SEE?”
Your real existence is your own self. If you want to understand God you have to understand your self first. To understand and then awaken your self  you have to pass through strenuous stages; and the most difficult task for you is to fight against yourself.
Although it looks odd to fight against one’s own self, this fight is actually self control, for which Iqbal says: 'Self control in individuals builds families, in countries it builds empires'

get out of self!

if u desire the self, get out of self,

leave the shallow stream behind,

and flow into the river deep and wide,

dont be an ox pulling the wheel of the plough,

  1. turn with the stars that wheel above you!
